Corporate Contract Manager Orange County California Job Ref: JOB-1332Lincoln Group seeks a motivated candidate excited to help assist and develop our Corporate Contracts Team. Under the supervision of the CEO, the Contracts Manager will oversee all aspects of contract administration.
The Contracts Manager will liaise with Lincoln Group and any of its affiliates. You would be responsible for proposals, contract negotiations, and cradle-to-grave contract administration activities, working directly with PEO and Broker.
The position will support a broad range of multiple contract types, Master Service agreements, and Interim and Direct Hire. This role requires a collaborative team builder who regularly interfaces with executive management. Qualified candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience.
Job Duties:
Review and negotiate a variety of agreements and develop related documentation.
Lead and perform pricing analysis and develop price-to-win options for upper management analysis and decision-making.
Lead the review, analysis, and evaluation of RFP requirements, take exceptions to terms (as appropriate), develop, and submit compliant cost proposals.
Prepare cost volumes and prepares pricing strategies promptly
Support and advise management on potential risks, contractual rights, and obligations by providing advice/guidance to different internal teams relating to contract generation and negotiation
Stay current with new laws and proposed legislation and interpret the potential impact on current and future contracts.
Support proposal preparation, price negotiations, post-award activities, and contract lifecycle management (CLM).
Maintain records for correspondence and documentation related to established contracts and those in progress.
Serve as the singular point of contact for assigned contracts and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and vendors.
Handle correspondence with external/internal stakeholders.
Ensure risks are assessed on potential projects and managed during contract execution.
Work directly with brokers getting our client approval for Workers’ comp rates and class codes, and serve as a point of contact for Lincoln Group.
Prepare and maintain all gross margin reports for the company and work directly with the CEO to get these numbers.
Study the future clients, understand the risk, and share with the team.
Help manage AR and maintain all employee draws/commissions every week
Performs other duties as assigned.
Mandatory Skill Requirements (must have):
Five years of experience IN STAFFING/DIRECT HIRE
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Extensive experience with writing and production of proposals.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to demonstrate a solid understanding of legal terminology and contractual compliance requirements.
Effectively handle multiple demands/projects with shifting deadlines by leveraging resources appropriately.
Expert level knowledge and proficiency with MS Office Suite programs, including but not limited to Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, when necessary, in a deadline-oriented environment. REMOTE Corporate role reporting to CEO.
