Master Scheduler Camarillo CA Job Ref: JOB-1581Lincoln Group Industrial Services has partnered with an exceptional client in the Biopharma industry that is looking for a Master Scheduler to join their team on a direct-hire basis! The Master Scheduler will be responsible for creating and managing all production and shipment schedules and serve as the primary point of contact for and liaison with the Engineering, Sales, Production, and Shipping Departments.

Compensation: Up to $100K, plus benefits, 401K, and PTO.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
- Establish and evaluate scheduling priorities for job orders.
- Execute efficient schedules to drive the highest possible OTIF or OTD.
- Use the Syteline ERP to integrate Sales Orders with the master schedule: coordinate availability of raw materials, supplies, equipment, and workers as needed to meet delivery dates.
- Ensure all Work Orders and projects are properly documented and closed in scheduling systems.
- Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to the Management team.
- Maintain and add all customer-related forecasts into Syteline.
- Communicate production schedules to staff members promptly.
- Coordinate and execute Effectivity Dates for ECNs and ECOs.
- Track and manage inventory levels; establish safety stock levels.
- Identify manufacturing variances weekly and reports them to the Finance team.
- Responsible for maintaining work areas and performing job functions safely and efficiently by company policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Batch Record instructions. Performs other duties as required and/or assigned.
- Align ERP production schedules with customer requirements.
- Conducts monthly forecast maintenance.
- Leverage the Syteline ERP system to develop short-term plant production schedules, being mindful of long-term goals.
- Resolve Supply, Demand, and Capacity issues while optimizing both labor and equipment utilization.
- Perform all capacity planning activities and coordinate output with all production areas.
- Evaluate current procedures and recommend changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects.
- Assess and implement ERP techniques needed to plan, schedule, control, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of production operations.
- Monitor and report any important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
- Address demand-related issues in a timely manner.
- Manage load leveling and bottleneck scheduling and utilize the theory of constraints for more accurate scheduling.
- Generate and maintain production orders within Syteline in alignment with the production plans for commercial and validation processes.
- Ensure the ERP system data elements related to the supply chain and planning are set to the correct parameters.
- Responsible for comparing standard cost to actual cost and identifying and explaining manufacturing variances.
- Develop continuous improvement opportunities relative to the position and participate in the execution.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management and operations management.
- Minimum 2 years of Syteline Experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of previous planning experience.
- Excellent MS Office program knowledge.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Production and processing – knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Good problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Prior information technology or systems administration experience.
- Requires valid CA Driver's License and proof of automobile insurance.
- Strong computer skills.
- Proven experience tracking production efficiencies and reporting statistics to upper management.
- Proficient use of computer systems and software applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
