Tax Director Denver CO Job Ref: JOB-1588The Lincoln Group has partnered with a leader in the financial and business service industry in search of a Tax Director, on a direct-hire basis, to join their exceptional team! The Tax Director will be responsible for short-term and long-term business planning and identifying business opportunities. Type of Hire: Direct Hire
Location: Denver, CO
Work Schedule: Hybrid M-F, 3 days in office
Compensation: $180K - $220K plus a 15% annual performance-based bonus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Expand revenue of existing clients
- Manage practice effectively meeting billing, realization, days outstanding, and individual charge hour objectives.
- Serve as key client contact; viewed as a trusted business advisor by clients.
- May work directly with clients and manage staff.
- Maybe a member of the Senior Operations Management Team
- Responsible for short-term and long-term business planning
- May be required to meet business development revenue expectations by adding new clients, cross-serve activity and fully executing a personal marketing plan.
- Ensure quality control standards are met.
- Maybe the internal advisor on technical matters as a subject matter expert.
- Drive a time environment; demonstrate support of management decisions and build a positive culture.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field, preferred.
- 8 years of experience in public accounting or related field
- Active CPA license
- 6 years of supervisory experience.
