About Andrew Woodle
As the Managing Director, Technology Services for the Lincoln Group, I am passionate about ensuring a personal connection using a consultative approach with client leadership teams, creating and driving strategic staffing models to achieve short- and long-term goals, including shifting a company’s organizational culture and offering personalized training programs, if desired.
My fifteen years’ experience in the human capital industry began in healthcare, sourcing and working with over 15,000 medical providers in my home state of Oregon. Since then I have served as Senior Account Manager for Oxford and Associates out of Silicon Valley; as a Senior Technical Recruiter for Tandem Recruiting; as a Senior Corporate Recruiter for Accero; and as a Business Development Manager for Ajlion Professional Staffing.
By 2012, as the Director, Engineering Division for VanderHouwen, I created policies and developed sales strategies from scratch. By establishing core skills and implementing proactive recruitment pipelines, the results speak for themselves:
- Internally, grew the division from 1 to 6 staff members, surpassing growth goals by 120% and generating over $1MM in profits.
- We won a $1.5MM RFP and while working with the client’s executive leadership team, added 19 FTEs within two months of the effective date.
By 2018, the Regional Manager for the West Coast & Central Regions of Aquent & Vitamin T was created for me. I inspired excellence in nine staff members across 12 U.S. markets covering three regions. All were trained to use a consultative sales and fee negotiation tool I developed for recruiting and account management teams. Profits rose more than $1MM within the year as our fill percentage exceeded industry standards.
My BS in Microbiology and Chemistry was earned at the Oregon State University and I am a founding member of the Portland Opera’s Ambassador Board. I can be found enjoying the outdoors with my wife, playing golf, or the Denver Arts and Music Culture.
