I am Lisa Neshite of the Lincoln Group, Senior Executive Recruiter, and I am honored to serve as your partner in your quest to find your next fantastic employee.
My legacy of 20-plus years in the Las Vegas human resources market is based on being and using a consultative approach with small and large-sized companies across various industries, developing viable HR programs, and leaving them empowered and whole as an organization.
By nature, I am an “Organizer” recognized for hosting a wide range of events promoting mindfulness, unity, and collaboration, promoting deep roots and long-lasting relationships. Working with key stakeholders, I quickly identify needs, process improvements, and staffing shortages – offering viable and reliable solutions. Most recently, I specialized in finding diverse, top talent for companies that have implemented Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion initiatives and programs.
My career path includes being promoted from Human Resources Manager to Director of Human Resources and Personnel Security and then to Vice President of Human Resources and Personnel Security for the Goyak Group, Inc. Before this; I enjoyed serving two divisions of the Science Application International Corporation (SAIC) where I gained critical DoD, government contractor, human resources, personnel security, and venture capital operations experiences.
I hold a certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP). I am the Foundation Director for the Nevada State SHRM Council HR Director, a Volunteer for Angels of Las Vegas, and a Mentor for the Hope for Prisoners Program.
When home, I am busy cooking various dishes (many stemming from my Italian roots), spending time with family and friends, kickboxing, and sharing my love for music with my musically inclined husband. I am a massive Las Vegas Golden Knights Fan, and during hockey season, I either host watch parties, attend watch parties, or attend live VGK games!
